Q1 What is required to operate VAL6 and HOTGUN heaters?

A1 Little electricity and fuel oil/ natural gas or propane gas.

Q2 What is used as fuel oil?

A2 Kerosene is best, but high quality of No.1 Diesel also can be used. Also natural and propane gas are available.No “Gasoline” used.

Q3 Is the operation easy?

A3 Yes, it is. Set “ON” the operating switch, and the heater will ignite within 10 seconds. Turn “OFF” the switch, and the flame will be extinguished.

Q4 How many hours does VAL6 operate with full tank?

A4 Approximately 15 hours for VAL6 KBE5L and KBE1JA, and 10 hours for the others. (except VAL6 Daystar)

Q5 How many hours does HOTGUN operate with full tank?

A5 HG125NA operate approximately 16 hours.

Q6 Is it possible to move around?

A6 Yes, it is. Val6 and HOTGUN are very easy to move around because it is equipped with wheels. (except VAL6 Daystar)

Q7 Why are the infrared-rays warm?

A7 The infrared-rays not only radiate on the surface but also penetrate into the inside. Like the sunlight, VAL6’s radiant heat travels directly, unaffected by wind or rain, to the place you want. Also it doesn’t automatically rise to the ceiling.

RKF Evaporative Coolers

Q1 Why can RKF evaporative cooler produce cool air?

A1 It is the natural way of cooling like a waterfall. When water contacts dry and hot air, it evaporates into the air. This is chemical change and it requires heat, thus water evaporation consumes the heat in air. That’s why evaporative cooler can produces cool air with only water.

Q2 How much is the power consumptions?

A2 It’s 230W for RKF405-E and 520W for RKF505-A.

Q4 How many years can cooling element last?

A4 It depends on usage environment but generally it’s about 2 or 3 years.

Q5 What is required as maintenance?

A5 Drying cooling element is needed after each use. It’s only pressing operation switch then cooler dry element automatically. Sometimes it is necessary to flush water tank, rinse cooling element or clean water spray bar.

Analyzer & Inspector

Q1 What model suitable for inspecting quality of grain?

A1 CTR- 500E applies to measuring the moisture of grain. ES-1000 applies to evaluating the appearance of grain. TM-3500 applies to evaluating the componential analysis.

Q2 How long does it take inspection for test sample?

A2 ES-1000 requires 28 seconds for one work operation. TM-3500 requires about 20 seconds for one work operation.
*The work operation time of CTR-500E is dependent on test sample quantity.

Q3 Does it apply to inspecting for all of grain?

A3 CTR-500E applies to paddy, brown and milled rice, wheat, barley. ES-1000 applies to brown rice only (Option: milled rice). TM-3500 applies to brown and milled rice.
